Forestry Department of Peninsular Malaysia (FDPM) handles complaints/feedback on the service delivery system related to Forestry in Peninsular Malaysia. Customers who intend to submit feedback are requested to ensure that the feedback details below are complete to facilitate the investigation/action process. Please state:
The date of the incident and the specific location of the incident (Please state the location of the relevant Forestry/Recreational Forest/State Forest/Division/Unit/State Forestry Department and photo/video of the incident if any).
FDPM reserves the right to reject complaints submitted if the complainant refuses to provide correct and complete information, malicious complaints, in the form of threats or threats and any complaints that use abusive and obscene language as stated on the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) website.
FDPM will also not interfere in complaint matters involving the decision of any case under court action or the like as well as any dispute case involving personal problems between industries/companies/organizations/individuals that have nothing to do with FDPM's role/function.
